• First time starters and stakes horses are not eligible for the program.

• Horses must have made their last start outside of California and have not started in California in the last 12 months.

• Bonus is for one start only. Horses stabled in California that travel out of state to make a qualifying start will not be eligible.

• Santa Anita reserves the right to determine the eligibility for qualified starters.
