ARCADIA, CA (Sept. 25, 2026)—After no one successfully selected all six winners in Friday’s $2 Pick 6 at Santa Anita Park on opening day of the 2026 Autumn Meet, bettors will have a carryover of $23,991 to chase on a stacked 10-race program Saturday at The Great Race Place. First post Saturday is at 1 p.m. PT. The Pick 6 starts at 3:10 p.m. with the fifth race, the Grade II Eddie D Stakes on the hillside turf course.

The Pick 6 carryover was clinched in Friday’s eighth and final race when Miss Midterm, ridden by Kazushi Kimura for trainer Doug O’Neill, sprung an upset and returned $43.40 for a $2 win wager. The consolation payout for tickets with 5-of-6 winners was $1,468.80

The winning horses in Friday’s Pick 6 starting with the third race was #1 Eltonsingsanother ($6.40), #3 After Dawn ($17.40), #7 Catfish Cory ($14.20), #1 He’s A Knockout ($11.60), #7 Desert Kat ($6.60), and #7 Miss Midterm ($43.40).

Saturday’s program features four other graded stakes in addition to the Eddie D, which includes a pair of automatic qualifiers for the Breeders’ Cup (Grade I Goodwood, Grade II City of Hope Mile). Track officials estimate the total Pick 6 pool will reach $150,000. The sequence averages a robust 9.5 starters per race before scratches.
