OKTOBERFEST RETURNS TO SANTA ANITA PARK FOR TWO WEEKENDS OF BEER, BRATS & RACING

Popular local 80s Band Past Action Heroes will perform on the trackside stage all four days!

ARCADIA, CA —(Oct. 7, 2026) - Dust off your lederhosen, practice your best German toast and get ready to raise a stein. Oktoberfest is making its grand return to Santa Anita Park for two weekends of Bavarian-inspired fun, cold beer, live music by Past Action Heroes, games and world-class horse racing.

Fans can enjoy an afternoon of racing while taking in the sights, sounds and flavors of Oktoberfest Saturday and Sunday, October 10-11 and October 17-18. Santa Anita’s Oktoberfest celebration will transform the Trackside Apron into a festive Bavarian beer garden from 12 noon to 5 p.m. giving fans plenty of time to sip, snack, and cheer on the horses on the track.

Fans can put their skills and their steins to the test throughout the afternoon with a lineup of Octoberfest games and competitions, with Santa Anita prizes up for grabs. Festivities include Costume Contest, Stein-Holding Competition ,Cornhole, Planko and everyone’s favorite beer keg rolling.

Adding to the party, Past Action Heroes will take the stage with live entertainment featuring everyone’s favorite 80’s and 90’s hits, providing the perfect soundtrack for an afternoon of beer, games and racing.

There’s still time to buy online and save on various packages to enjoy Oktoberfest at Santa Anita. The General admission package is on sale now for $40.69, and includes eight beer tastings, a mini souvenir tasting stein, admission with general parking and a $5 betting voucher. The VIP package priced at $82.69 also includes a $20 food voucher and reserved table on the Trackside Apron. Walk ups are welcome; Admission, Beer tastings, and food sold separately.
