Classic Grilled Cheese - New School American cheese and Ginza Nishikawa Shokupan
"The Champ 2.0" - New School American cheese on Clark St. raisin walnut bread with beef short ribs, apricot caper puree, oven dried tomatoes and arugula
Beer Pairing: Rogue Hazelnut Brown Nectar (5.6%) - Hazelnut Brown Nectar offers a hazelnut aroma with rich nutty flavor and a smooth malty finish.
Johnny Pastrami - Melted swiss on Clark St. alpine bread, with pastrami, green apples and an apple mustard chutney
Beer Pairing: Harland Hazy IPA (6.5%) – Brewed to showcase a smooth and creamy mouth feel from oats and wheat. Giving off bright aromas of citrus, gooseberry, and hints of white wine that rise to the surface for an exceedingly aromatic IPA. Brewed with Southern Cross, Citra, and Mosaic hops and fermented with Juice Yeast.
Mercury Melt - New School American cheese on Clark St. country bread with olive oil poached tuna, cucumbers and grapes
Beer Pairing: Jolly Pumpkin Blanca Farmhouse Wit bier (4.8%) - Calabaza Blanca is a low-calorie farmhouse wit bier brewed in Belgium's beer blanche tradition. Spiced with orange peel and coriander, you'll find it refreshingly tart, with a wonderfully dry finish.
The Elvis - peanut butter cream cheese on Clark St. pain de mie, with bananas and bacon
Beer Pairing: Abnormal Mocha Stout (5.1%) - This oat milk stout is made with locally roasted, ethically sourced coffee. Lactose sugar provides a sweet and creamy mouthfeel to balance the bitterness of the French roast coffee. The addition of cacao nibs creates velvety chocolate notes in this surprisingly light beer. Mocha Stout- you don't have to be a coffee drinker to love this beer.
