SANTA ANITA TO WELCOME HORSEMEN, PUBLIC BACK ‘HOME’ THIS WEEKEND AS POPULAR CLOCKERS’ CORNER BREAKFAST VENUE SET TO REOPEN SATURDAY

 

 

ARCADIA, Calif. (Aug. 30, 2017)–Santa Anita’s Clockers’ Corner, an early morning staple each day for hundreds of fans and horsemen, will reopen for business this Saturday, Sept. 2, with a full breakfast menu available from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m.  Clockers’ Corner is readily accessible via Santa Anita’s Gate 8 off of Baldwin Ave. and is located at the top of the stretch.

With a wide variety of choices that includes Breakfast Burritos, pancakes, eggs made to order, fresh fruit, cereals, soups, juices, coffee, tea and much more, Clockers’ Corner also features ample seating and breathtaking views of the majestic San Gabriel Mountains.

A pivotal gathering point for jockeys, trainers and owners, Clockers’ Corner also provides the public with uncommon access to some of racing’s biggest and most important stars.

With the current Del Mar race meeting set to conclude on Monday, nearly 2,000 horses will be relocating to The Great Race Place over the next week and will be in action on both the main track and training track as they prepare for the opening of Santa Anita’s 2017 Autumn Meet on Friday, Sept. 29.
