HRTV TO PRESENT LIVE TELECAST OF BREEDERS’ CUP PRE-ENTRIES ON WEDNESDAY, OCT. 22 AT 11 A.M. ET

 

ARCADIA, Calif.  (Oct. 15, 2014) — HRTV ® , The Network for Horse Sports, will give racing fans their first look at the horses pre-entered for the Breeders’ Cup World Championships when it airs a special live Breeders’ Cup Pre-Entry show from Santa Anita Park on Wednesday, Oct. 22, at 11 a.m. ET.

 

The one-hour program will be hosted by Laffit Pincay, III and Christina Blacker, and along with Scott Hazelton, they will reveal the pre-entered fields for all 13 Breeders’ Cup grade I races.  The two-day extravaganza — which offers $26 million in purses and awards — will be contested at Santa Anita on Friday, Oct. 31, and Saturday, Nov. 1.

 

The informative trio will give their initial reactions and analysis of the pre-entries.  HRTV will also go around the country and provide interviews with some of the top trainers in Thoroughbred racing for comments and reaction on their pre-entered horses.
