ARCADIA, Calif. (Feb. 17, 2019)–With no single ticket winner on Sunday, there is a 20 cent Single Ticket Rainbow Pick Six Jackpot carryover of $238,534 going into Monday, President’s Day, at Santa Anita.

With $211,555 in “new” money wagered, Sunday’s total Jackpot pool reached $401,657, which helped fuel a consolation payoff of $212.30 on a total of 532 tickets.

There is a nine-race card on Monday, with first post time at 12:30 p.m.  The Rainbow Six will start with race four, the $200,000 California Cup Derby. The Jerry Hollendorfer-trained Galilean has been installed as the heavy 2-5 morning line favorite.

Approximate post time for the Cal Cup Derby is at 2:04 p.m. PT.

Monday’s co-feature is the $200,000 California Cup Oaks, which has been carded as race five. The Keith Desormeaux-trained Apache Princess is the 9-5 morning line favorite in a field of nine sophomore fillies bred or sired in California.
