Santa Anita 20 Cent Rainbow Pick Six Single Ticket Jackpot Carryover Of $608, 806 Into Saturday

SANTA ANITA 20 CENT RAINBOW PICK SIX SINGLE TICKET JACKPOT CARRYOVER OF $608,806 INTO SATURDAY; FIRST POST TIME FOR NINE-RACE CARD IS AT 12:30 P.M.

 

ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 22, 2021)–There was no single ticket winner in Santa Anita’s popular 20 cent Single Ticket Rainbow Pick Six Jackpot on Friday, resulting in a Rainbow Six carryover into Saturday of $608,806.  First post time for a nine-race program on Saturday is at 12:30 p.m.

 

With a carryover from Monday of $555,554, there was $232,588 in new money wagered Friday,  creating a total Jackpot pool of $788,142.

 

Although there was no single ticket winner, there were 127 consolation tickets with six wins, each worth $978.75.

 

Saturday’s Rainbow Six will be comprised of races four through nine.  Assigned post time for Saturday’s fourth race is 2:14 p.m. PT.

 

The Grade III, $200,000 Palos Verdes Stakes, for older horses at six furlongs, has been carded as Saturday’s seventh race and it attracted a wide-open field of eight.  Jay Em Ess Stable’s Take the One O One has been installed as the 5-2 morning line favorite with Jose Valdivia, Jr. aboard.
