Event FAQ’s

Q: Which Gate do I enter?
A: Gate 6 off of Colorado Pl. This is the only Gate entrance to the event.

Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking is FREE. You must enter Gate 6.

Q: How can I purchase the $5 general admission?
A: $5 general admission is purchased onsite only at the gate entrance.

Q: Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A: There will be no outside food or beverages allowed.

Q: Can I purchase items with my debit card/credit card?
A: No, make sure to bring cash. Some vendors may accept debit/credit card but bringing cash is recommended. ATM’s will be available onsite.

Q: If I bought an online package where do I go to redeem my items?A: There will be a check in tent located outside the entrance Gate. You must check in here to receive all your packaged vouchers before entering. Once inside you will redeem each voucher at each attraction location. Look for event signage.

Q: Do I have to purchase an online package to enter?
A: No. You can pay your $5 admission at the Gate entrance and purchase items a la carte, however the online packages are a better value. Online tickets end one hour before gate opening.

Q: Do I need to print my online ticket?
A: Yes. It is recommended to print and bring with you to verify your purchase at the check in location.

Q: How much is it to just ice skate?
A: $15 per person, per session including skate rentals. (Does not include Winterfest admission).

Q: How big is the ice rink?
A: The ice rink is 82’ x 50’= 4,100 square feet

Q: Does everyone need to fill out a waiver to ice skate?
A: Yes. If you plan on ice skating or being in the skating rink area you must sign a waiver before entering. Waiver information will be located in the skating rink area.

Q: Will there be any ice skating helpers for my little one?
A: Yes, we will have ice skating aides that beginners can hold onto to help guide them on the ice.

Q: Where will the Christmas tree lot be located?
A: Our Christmas tree lot will located outside the event space in the parking lot. You do not need to pay for Winterfest admission to visit the tree lot.

Q: Will there be horse racing during the event?
A: No. No live racing until Opening Day on December 26, 2018.

Q: What happens if it rains on my ticket date?
A: This is a rain or shine event.
