ARCADIA, Calif. (Nov. 4, 2011) – Rapidly developing 3-year-old filly Include Me Out made short work of Santa Anita’s $50,964 Tizna Purse on Friday when she cruised to a 3 ½-length victory over longshot Kindle while negotiating six furlongs in 1:09.52 over a track labeled “good.”

Veteran Joe Steiner, filling in for regular rider Joe Talamo who was at the Breeders’ Cup, hardly moved while sitting atop the 17-10 favorite who took command in midstretch of the competition for fillies and mares and drew clear.

“That was about as easy as you could win a race,” Steiner said afterward. “In fact, I can’t remember the last time I won a race any easier.”

Kindle, ridden by Martin Pedroza, finished 1 ¼ lengths ahead of third-place Izzy Rules, with Edwin Maldonado-Alicea aboard.

Include Me Out paid $3.40, $2.80 and $2.40. Kindle returned $12 and $7.40. The show price on Izzy Rules was $7.80.

It was the second win in four starts for the daughter of Include, who is trained by Ron Ellis for Jay Em Ess Stable. The winning purse of $28,800 boosted her earnings to $73,200.
