We were blown away when we first entered the gorgeous Chandelier Room and then surveyed the magnificent view from the balcony over the racetrack. The ambience was perfect for an elegant event, which we needed to finish off our final fundraiser for our new church. Our whole experience from beginning to end was the best! Our co-ordinator, Elizabeth took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure that all our questions and concerns were immediately handled. Armand was very gracious and professional in handly our menu and along with Elizabeth in taking care of our needs for the room setup. Special arrangements were made for us to arrange our flowers in the kitchen and the kitchen staff were equally as helpful. Our evening was a great success. We met our goal for fundraising and we received nothing but rave reviews for our choice of venue. Thank you so much to all the staff for excellent service!

We had tried several different venues for our Christmas party over the years. Mostly at high end 5 star hotels that measured up to the standards that we were accustomed to having, and could accommodate the 350 - 400 guests that we would bring to the party. Although I had been to the FrontRunner restaurant during the racing season, and had always been impressed by the food and service, I wasn't aware that they did catering to large groups. A friend mentioned that they did, and so we contacted Santa Anita with the idea of possibly trying a new venue. The management staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made the whole experience very easy, and smooth. In December my employees were able to sample the incredible food, top-notch service, and beautiful ambience of the FrontRunner. Add to that a dynamite price and I immediately booked my 2006 Christmas party, and my mid-year management party. I have recommended the FrontRunner to many people, and will continue to so in the future.

Creating an elegant, black-tie gala under the stars will always present event planners with challenges, but the staff at Santa Anita Park were very willing to work closely with us, from initial planning, to load in and finally, to load out. Every aspect of the grounds was beautiful and clean - the flowerbeds freshly planted, the fences and fixtures freshly painted and the water fountain sparkling. The catering was superbly scrumptious, the valet parking was handled very efficiently and the security team was brilliant in providing an invisible barrier between our event guests and the racetrack patrons. All in all, a delicious evening under a balmy, star filled sky.

Santa Anita Park focuses on "the good life" and "good times" in Arcadia, California. It is a historical destination point for many throughout Southern California. The RUSNAK Auto Group recently held "RUSNAK Ladies Day at the Races" benefiting Children's Hospital Los Angeles at Santa Anita Park. You can't do better than Santa Anita to host any kind of event you need. My daughter had the most memorable wedding in the elegant Chandelier Room, which was transformed less than an hour later into the classy wedding dinner room, complete with a built in dance floor and bar. Immediately after the dinner and dancing, another 150 guests joined us at the Sirona's sports bar down the stairs for the best New Year's Eve party. Since joining the Chamber a year ago, we have held a Planning Conference in the fabulous Director's Room with the Victorian decor in front of us and the spectacular views of the mountains and race track behind us, a Business Expo during race day in the stands, and our annual Citizen of the Year / Installation Dinner in the stunning Chandelier Room. Everything about an event coordinated by Elizabeth Booth at Santa Anita is flawless and top-notch. Elizabeth looks for a way to say yes to everything you request during the planning stages, and is ready with a quick recommendation of anything you need, from a florist to signage and anything else you may not even think of. From the moment you approach the venue on the day/night of the event, there is clear and visible directional signage through the maze of parking lots and entry points to the iconic stadium, and staff who anticipate your logistical needs and quickly address them during the often stress-filled set-up process. You can always count on everything working properly, from microphones and lighting to A/V displays. And the food and waiter service is impeccable. When Santa Anita hosts your event, it's a sure bet that everyone will go away happy and filled with great memories.
